God's Three Answers to Prayer
1. 'Yes!'
2. 'Not yet.'
3. 'I have something better in mind.'
I taught Physical diagnosis to 3rd year medical students full-time for one year at the SUNY medical school.
My pulmonologist wife and I maintain a medical practice in Guymon, Oklahoma.

Sorry, but the last two seem to be "excuses" given to the less fortunate. They keep suffering, while they keep waiting for God's blessing. The freakin' rich, corrupt, government officials seem to get the "yes" answer always. Part of the poor's staying ignorant is religion's keeping them that way. Religion is their anesthetic. Not curing their ills, just letting them accept. This is good in a way, but tell that to parents of children who suffer from disease that can't be treated without money. Fuck all the corrupt, heartless, essentially evil government officials of the Philippines.
Whatever God's response is to all our prayers, let's be (part of) that answer and allow God to work through us =] And I believe that's what Doc Martin did with regard to the May 2007 polls =]

Maligayang Pasko po, Doc Martin!
They all sound like the horoscope... one can always fit them in any situation you encounter... provided he believes in a god strongly enough...
